An execution firm, not an advisory one
Knight Learning Solutions works inside enterprise operations - rebuilding the workflows, deploying the teams, and building the capability that determines whether AI investment turns into output. This page sets out how we are structured and who is accountable.
We work inside the operation, not next to it
Knight Learning Solutions is an execution firm. We embed with delivery and operations teams to rebuild specific, high-volume workflows so they run faster - with AI and automation doing the heavy lifting and people handling judgment.
A typical engagement targets a named operation: a claims review queue, a vendor-onboarding pipeline, a contract-intake desk, a reconciliation process. We map how the work actually moves, remove the manual steps, and put the workflow back into production running differently.
The team is made up of operators who have done this inside large organizations - not advisors who hand over a deck and leave.
What we hold ourselves to
- 01
We finish inside production
An engagement is not complete at a recommendation. It is complete when a redesigned workflow, a deployed team, or a measured capability change is running and instrumented, with runbooks and ownership handed over.
- 02
One named operation at a time
We scope to a specific thing - a claims queue, a release pipeline, a leadership tier - rather than a transformation programme. Narrow scope is what makes the outcome attributable.
- 03
Practitioners deliver the work
The people on an engagement have run the function being changed. Across engineering, operations, staffing, and learning, delivery is led by people who have held the role, not only by people who can present it.
- 04
Measured against a baseline we agreed first
Cycle time, throughput, time-to-deploy, behaviour change - whichever applies, it is baselined before we start and reported against afterwards. That is the only defence against a programme that feels successful and isn't.
