What we collect

We collect personal data in exactly one place on this site: the executive consultation form on the Contact page. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, and no comment facility.

Full name

Required. So we know who we are replying to.

Work email address

Required. The channel we use to respond to your enquiry.

Company name

Required. Lets us route the enquiry to the right delivery lead.

Phone number

Optional. Used only if you ask us to call.

Topic and message

Required. The substance of your enquiry. Please do not include confidential, regulated, or personal data about third parties in this field.

What we do not do

This site is a static export. It has no server-side application, no database, and no user accounts. As a direct consequence:

• We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own at all.
• We do not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session recorders, or social widgets.
• Web fonts are compiled into the site at build time and served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send a request to any font provider.
• We do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone.
• We do not use the contact form submissions to train machine-learning models.

Why we are allowed to process it

For enquiries submitted through the contact form, our basis is your consent, given by choosing to submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. Where the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, submission of the form constitutes the notice-and-consent step for the purposes described in this policy.

You are never required to use the form. You can email us directly instead, which involves no third-party processor.

Who else touches the data

We keep the list short on purpose. These are the only third parties that receive personal data you submit through this website:

Web3Forms

Form delivery. Contact form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms, which relays them to our inbox. They act as a processor on our instructions.

Our email provider

Receipt and storage of the resulting enquiry email in the KLS inbox.

Our hosting provider

Serves the website files. Standard web server logs may record IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted from our inbox and from the form provider's dashboard within 24 months. Enquiries that become an active commercial relationship are retained for the life of that relationship and for the period afterwards required by Indian tax and company law.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing it does not make earlier processing unlawful. If you are in the EU or UK, you additionally have the rights to restriction, portability, objection, and to complain to your supervisory authority.

We action verified requests within 30 days. There is no charge.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that changes how data flows - analytics, a scheduling widget, a chat tool - we will update this page and move the date at the top of it before that change goes live.
